TEAM PRIVATE CLASSES

These classes will help to create a cohesive experience that works for you and your team. Each class can be designed to develop more physical strength and flexibility, while helping to relieve stress and gain mental clarity.  The classes will be created for your team’s needs and goals. 

 

  

STYLES OF YOGA 

 

Relaxing Yoga - Beginner

This class will be based on movements and focused on stretching and lengthening muscles in a gentle approach. It will consist of releasing poses, letting go of tension in the body, and learning to consciously relax the body after working it.

 

Chair /Standing Yoga - Beginner

This class is designed to help stretch the body while seated to standing. This would include stretching hips, legs, back, arm and neck. There will be some core work and strengthening which is great for anyone who is sitting in a chair all day. This would also include learning how to use the chair to enhance certain stretches.
 

Full Body Strengthening and Stretch - Intermediate

This class will be a full body workout with a focus on posture, balance, balancing out the body, technique, core, strengthening, stretching the whole body.

A lot of movement working in and out of poses. This will help to strengthen joints, as well as, integrating different muscle groups to learn to work even more efficiently together.

 

Sport Yoga - Advanced

This class will be movements and yoga focused on strengthening, lengthening muscles that we use for different specific sports. A faster paced class, creating heat and deep stretching. It’s Yoga based and  will be focused on a specific sport, challenging the body in a different way. Even possibilities to learn more advanced poses.  


 

BASED on a minimum of 10 people or more.

Ages 13 and up

Times and Day will be decided upon what works best for everyone!
