Relaxing Yoga - Beginner

This class will be movements and yoga focused on stretching and lengthening muscles in a softer gentler approach. A lot of releasing poses, opening the body, letting go of tension in the body, and learning to consciously relax the body after working.

Chair /Standing Yoga - Beginner

This class is designed to help strengthen, and stretch the body while seated to standing. This would include stretches hips, legs, back, arm and neck. There will be some functional day to day training and core work to help strengthen the muscles that we use everyday for our daily routine. Props are a big part of this class, hand weights, bands, blocks.   would also include learning how to use the chair to enhance certain stretches. 

Full Body Strengthening and Stretch - Intermediate

This class will be a full body workout with a focus on posture, balance, balancing out the body, technique, core, strengthening, stretching the whole body.

A lot of movement in and out of pose to help strengthen joints as well as integrating different muscle groups to learn to work even more efficiently together.

Sport Yoga - Advanced

This class will be movements and yoga focused on strengthening, lengthening muscles that we use for different sports. A faster paced class, creating heat and deep stretching. Yoga based and each week will  be focused on a different sport, challenging the body in a different way. Possibility to learn more advanced poses.
